如何回答女生第一印象高情商50字（如何回答面试官的问题）

“你的缺点是什么 whats your greatest weakness?"这是在面试中出现频率极高的问题，甚至可以说是面试的标配了但是这个问题没有标准答案，又感觉怎么答都是坑多年前，网上各种HR，职场大V教大家的套路是把优点说成缺点，“我的缺点就是太追求完美”，“我的缺点就是工作太拼，工作狂”，这种说法已经过时了，现在哪个面试官会相信这样虚假的说辞，你当人家真傻啊？。

那这个问题应该怎么闭坑呢？英文面试中又如何回答“whats your greatest weakness?”套路一：如果是HR提问，那就对HR说工作上她（他）不懂的缺点HR做人力资源管理，专业上的东西并不懂，所以很容易忽悠过去。

sample：In the last five years, I worked as a design manager , I still need to learn more about quality system improvement. (when you interviewed for design director)

As a UI designer, I‘m proficient in Photoshop，but I dont have strong skills of Alias.I dont have much 3D model-building know-how. (when you interviewed for designer)

套路二：当用人部门面试时，回答与你面试职位不相关的缺点sample：Numbers have not always been my strong suit. Fortunately, as a copywriter, I can focus most of my time on the creative process of writing.

I have been in Shanghai for 6 months，I still find its difficult for me to understand Shanghai dialect.

I only passed the paper test. Its embarrassed that I had two road tests and I havent got the license till now.

I can read English emails and some papers. But my English is not good enough for me to have barrier-free communication with foreigners. (when English is not demanded for your position)

套路三：回答对面试职位不很重要，而且还有持续改善的缺点I‘m not good at conducting group presentations. But I practice a lot. I can make beautiful PowerPoint right now and use it to explain things to my leader. (when you interviewed for modeler)

I used to wait until the last minute to set appointments for the coming week, but I realized that scheduling in advance makes much more sense. I’m now much more proactive about scheduling meetings.

I used to like to work on one project to its completion before starting on another, but Ive learned to work on many projects at the same time, and I think doing so allows me to be more creative and effective in each one.
